Classes are where are the fun is happening as well as networking and sense of community.  Variety is important in exercises.  Benefit from the variety and change of pace.

What are your goals?  Cardio?  Work your whole body?  Classes offer a structured environment with warm up, instructions, routine and cool down to make for great benefits and keep you on track.
